This is what crossfit at 6:30 am looks like. Today’s wod was more complicated than usual and HARD.
We were supposed to do 60% of our body weight for the floor press, but that’s my 1RM. Instead I did 85#. I got a score of 38 after 3 rounds of the floor press and pull ups.
Then we did a 15 minute wod with a 1 minute break in between 7, 5, and 3. I got 60, 45, and 24 respectively for a total of 129. I got through the burpees and KBS quickly, but the thrusters were so slow. I’m talking 2-3 at a time.
